By adding a sophisticated skill set for infrastructure support, we want to strengthen our current IT department. Our infrastructure is supported by Advance IT. They buy and maintain our servers, virtual servers, WiFi endpoints, firewalls, and switching hardware. They also keep an eye on our systems and maintain our switches and routers. Although Advance IT offers off-site service, they will visit to install equipment if necessary. They handle our licensing subscriptions, support agreements, and server construction. Since we started working with Advance IT, our security posture has significantly improved. With Advance IT's assistance, we maintain our end-of-life equipment and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.

All of our phone system and IT services are promptly and effectively handled by Advance IT. Since most services can be completed remotely, we may email or contact Advance IT if we have an issue with our phones or computers, and they will help us in ten minutes or less. If an employee needs to be sent out to fix something, it is done right away. Every time we phone or email them, the issue is resolved right away. They're enjoyable to work with and deliver superior services.
