Cyber security isn't always something I'd want to know much about, other than that my business is secure online. Linten didn't just give me that peace of mind but their Marketing Manager Steph went out of her way to create and deliver a really interesting, engaging and informative training session on this subject. This is definitely one of the added bonuses of working with Linten and I'd recommend them to any business for their IT, telephony and cyber security needs.

They have always gone out of their way to help keep our tech running smoothly, with processes in place to ensure we receive a quick response time to all queries. My laptop was overheating and needed opening up to clean and have the thermal paste refreshed. I contacted by phone and I was grateful that he was able to see me at short notice. He was professional and knowledgeable. He kept me updated throughout the repair. My laptop is now quiet and cool for the first time in a long time. Great first impression.

I'd been putting off replacing my 2014 MacBook Pro 13-inch Retina battery for a while, but I'm so glad I finally chose Goldmine Computer Repairs. From the moment I first spoke with Richie on the phone, the experience was incredibly professional and helpful right from the start, even sending me information on exactly what battery to purchase. As soon as my new battery arrived the next day, I gave it to him by 5:45 PM. I was genuinely impressed by the speedy turnaround – by 10:09 PM, the battery was replaced! What truly sets Goldmine Computer Repairs apart is Richie's dedication to his work and his customers. He sent me photos to show the progress of the job, which was a thoughtful touch and really communicated the care he takes with your device. Looking at those photos, the level of workmanship was clearly top-quality, and I couldn't help but be impressed. My MacBook hadn't been cleaned since I bought it in 2014, and Richie even gave it a thorough cleaning, making it feel brand new.I wholeheartedly recommend Richie. He's professional, genuinely cares about people's valuable tech, always strives for the best, and his workmanship is simply superb. I will definitely be returning to him to upgrade my storage in the future!

I have been a client of Infinity for many years and feel disappointed that I need to leave this review. We raised a complaint last November - that only escalated to a complaint due to no account management - and the formal complaint has been completely ignored despite many many emails asking for progress - hence writing this review.Account management is very slow and not pro-active to act in clients best interests. Beware long term contracts and charging for items that are not needed especially in the fast changing world of technology.Support is very hit and miss. The type of firm that try and confuse non IT people using un-necessary terminology. Items on monthly invoices are really difficult to understand. After many years of using this firm I would now not recommend them to look after your firms infrastructure. Such a shame as they are a nice bunch of people but the service doesnt follow.

Happy to say that Infinity Group provides ample opportunities for one to learn both in and outside of the classroom. This shows two things; firstly - they're a company who rides the wave of innovative technology and secondly - they're willing and eager to keep their team up to date. Keep going Infinity :)!
