It was a great pleasure working with Elevity. As the only onsite IT technician supporting 8 programs across 9 locations, this project could have been overwhelming. However, Elevity’s strong project planning, clear communication, adaptability, and flexibility with day-to-day workflows made it manageable for me and ensured a smooth transition for our users. Their post-project support has also been excellent, with quick response times and effective troubleshooting. Elevity’s confidence throughout the project helped both leadership and myself feel assured it was being handled properly. The engineers and technicians at Elevity take the time to get to know your company, your needs and they listen. Everyone is super helpful and takes care of our technical issues in a timely, courteous and professional manner. All of the people I have dealt with are awesome and know their business. They check in with our firm to make sure we are operating smoothly, discuss upcoming updates with programming, help us if we need to purchase new computer equipment and other office equipment, etc. You don't need to go elsewhere for IT because Elevity will take care of you and your company.
