SEO Review from Adeoye Odunayo

We worked with Intactdia on a website redesign and development project aimed at improving both the structure and usability of our existing platform, which had become difficult to navigate and was not effectively supporting customer inquiries or showcasing our services clearly. One thing I particularly appreciated about Intactdia was how they approached the project from a practical standpoint rather than just focusing on design. During the early stages, they took time to understand how our customers interact with our site and pointed out specific areas where users might get confused or drop off. Instead of overcomplicating the solution, they reorganized our content into a clearer structure and improved navigation so that key services are easier to find. From a development perspective, they delivered a responsive website that works consistently across mobile and desktop, and they also optimized loading speed, which had been an issue for us previously. They implemented SEO basics and ensured the backend was simple enough for our team to manage updates without needing ongoing technical support. In terms of results, we started noticing a difference shortly after launch. Customers were able to find information more easily, which reduced the number of repetitive inquiries our team had to handle. We also saw an increase in inquiries coming through the website instead of phone calls, which made it easier to manage and track leads internally.Overall, the project delivered exactly what we needed a more functional, user-friendly website that supports our day-to-day operations more effectively. Intactdia’s strength lies in their ability to align technical work with real business needs rather than just delivering a visually appealing product.

UI/UX Design Review from Undisclosed

We hired Angle2 for UI / UX design of our entire SaaS platform. This includes full end to end delivery of various major and minor features from UI / UX perspective.Incredibly happy with the quality of work delivered by the team. They really do deeply care about making us successful and I can see that in the amount of research and thinking they do before designing something for us. The whole team is very good to work with, deliver things on time and always stay on top of their work.

UI/UX Design Review from Harry Pascarella

First, we had a couple of calls with Angle2 to make sure that we were all on the same page regarding the strategy and approach. They then helped us develop some user stories that allowed us to understand how different users of this SaaS product might interact with the platform.Ultimately, we defined four different types of users for which we defined different user journeys. This process allowed us to establish the requirements needed to best support those users.Next, Angle2 helped us map those user stories to create the set of features and functionalities, and they also developed the wireframes. We showed the wireframes to the client to ensure that we were aligned with their needs. After getting our client’s feedback, we shifted over to a Figma model, where Angle2 helped us design the actual product. This platform ended up being a web app, for which Angle2 designed the website’s frontend and the interface only paying users saw after login in. The heavy lift of their involvement was focused on UI/UX design for the platform.
