Absolute crap company, I'm currently filing a lawsuit against them for defamation because they like to tamper with things on the website and are resentful little children. They give you attitude when you asked for what you purchased. Struggle to get my domain and are deleting reviews after I got it.

RUN AWAY from this company! Supposedly located in California. They sold me a package to design the branding, website, and social media for my company for $1500.00. "EVERYTHING" for $1500.00. Have paid over $6000.00 and I have NO control over the material I paid for. They send you everything in formats you cannot use or convert. They want to keep a hold of you to keep asking for money!!!!!! NEVER send anything to print through them!!! Ordered some business cards and brochures and have never received the brochures. To this day I have not received a single invoice or receipt of anything of what I have paid, including the design of the logo, the purchase of the domain and many other things. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I believe this company is a criminal enterprise. They are also known as Creative Company and Sketch Profs. Creative Company made a $2,500 unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account. When I protested the transaction, Uptown Logo Design provided a fake receipt, fake transaction and activity logs and fake emails supporting the charge to my account. It was an elaborate and thorough fraud. I'm sure they've used similar fabricated documents before with other people they've ripped off. I reported them to the FTC and FBI.

I worked primarily with Scott, Tim and Doug to build a fairly complicated site: Paypal/credit card payments, video training modules, a graded quiz, and issuance of a completion certificate. They were the only website company that invited me to an in-person meeting and that was tremendously helpful in me understanding how they work and them understanding my goals. Large Animal Consulting & Education launched 2 days ago and the site is running smoothly. I'm very happy with the site they designed (they also designed my logos) and am looking forward to using them to support and add to the site down the road.

Doug Wheeler is the owner of Espresso Moon and he has provided my small business excellent IT technical support for our website. His team helped me out by removing malicious code that was affecting my site right after the Heart Bleed epidemic last year. He got my site back up and running so i could continue business and save my online reputation. I would recommend Espresso Moon LLC to anyone in need of a new website or mobile application because they follow through with what they promise to do, on time and on budget.
