  Working with Kodcraft AI has been a really good experience for me, especially because they were able to understand what I actually needed for my business and turn my ideas into a working system. What I really love is that my website and web app are connected. The products and available items I manage from the web app can also be displayed on my website, so I don't have to manually manage everything separately. The customization is what really amazed me. My business doesn't only deal with brand-new products. I also buy and sell pre-owned computer parts, build PCs using different parts, accept repairs, and handle different types of sales. They were able to create a system where I can manage brand-new and pre-owned inventory separately, but at the end everything can still come together in my sales and reports, making everything much easier to track. I also needed different access for my employees. For example, my sales rep can use the web app and see the selling prices they need for customers without having access to my costing, profit, and other admin information. Every time I came up with another idea for how I wanted the system to work, Kodcraft AI was able to understand it and implement it. That has made running the business much more convenient for me as the owner. Before this, I was manually tracking a lot of things through Excel, which consumed so much of my time. Now I have the website and a system built around the actual way my business operates. With this upgrade, I can really see RJD Computer Hub moving in the right direction. When you're starting a business, having the proper system from the beginning is very important, especially if you're planning to grow. I'm happy that while my business is still growing, I already have a system that can grow together with it.
