In early October, I started wondering whether I should hire a website developer to help build a site for my new family mediation business. From the very beginning, Jay understood that I had little experience starting a business or designing a website. He promised to guide me through every step—and he delivered.Jay took the time to explain the entire process, guided me on what I needed to complete, responded quickly to my questions and concerns, brainstormed ideas with me, and did everything possible to ensure I ended up with a website I loved.I’ll admit—I’m particular and detail-oriented.
