Excellent agency, branding experts, committed to their work and the client's needs. Very professional and with experts in each area, the service is excellent, always friendly and very attentive. The work is very clean and visually appealing, they take care of every detail, focusing on the quality and experience of each person. Furthermore, they are confident that they can understand the needs of Spanish-speaking clients without the need for a translator, as they have bilingual staff.

Working with Tributary Design Studio was a true delight. My brand is very new, and the professionals at Tributary held my hand with consistent and straightforward guidance. Kristen went the extra mile to walk me through how to utilize and iterate on the assets they created for me. The artists and designers at Tributary were kind, patient, professional, and always on time. I have asked them to now create my website and for further guidance on brand strategy. Thanks to Marielle for the excellent service, from my online inquiry through bringing my brand to life. xo

I consider myself a very particular client with a specific vision, and Tributary Design was a great partner for helping me achieve the look I was going for. From the very beginning, they approached our collaboration with patience, creativity, and professionalism. They were incredibly receptive to feedback, implemented revisions quickly, and offered thoughtful solutions that elevated the project. What I appreciated most was how well they balanced listening to my needs with bringing their own expertise and design sensibility to the table. Our collaboration result was a great website that feels true to my brand! Thank you Marielle and team!

Jennifer Power Review from Google
5.0★
Jennifer Power's Review Sourced from Google
Thompson & Prince delivers impeccable quality of bespoke content.I'm the CEO of a startup biotech company and Thompson & Prince worked with me to create the level of branding that is appropriate for my company's stage and budget. They built a strong foundation that we can build upon as the company advances. The team also helped me develop a corporate deck, partnering with outside consultants to support specific scientific needs that I had for the deck content. The final product of this challenging assignment is exactly what I had in mind.I look forward to working with Thompson & Prince for years to come.

Thompson & Prince could not receive a higher recommendation from us! They are not only very talented in what they do, but also professional, responsive and 100% reliable. If you are looking to put a pitch deck together or enhance your current version, I would not hesitate to use this team!
Wholely Admin Review from Google

Wholely Admin's Review Sourced from Google
I would highly recommend working with Thompson & Prince! I worked with the team to redo our (eye sore of a) pitch deck and they were absolutely phenomenal. It was clear that they understood what investors wanted to see and the health & wellness space more broadly. They worked within our brand guidelines to present different options for the look and feel of the deck. Once I selected an option, they iterated on the slides and quickly incorporated any feedback I had to create the final version. They were very communicative and speedy while delivering high quality work. They finished all of this in less than two weeks and would have finished sooner if I had given them feedback faster. They go above and beyond to make sure that their client loves the final product and to support your business as a founder. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and they really surpassed my expectations. I would definitely work with them again!

What services does a packaging design agency in the US provide?
An analysis of service specializations within our directory shows that agencies tend to focus on several core packaging-related service areas.
While many firms offer overlapping capabilities, service concentration generally aligns with the following ranges:
Primary Packaging Design (≈40–50%): Structural packaging, label design, dielines, and on-shelf packaging for retail and eCommerce products.
Brand & Visual Identity for Packaging (≈25–35%): Brand systems, typography, color palettes, and visual language specifically adapted for packaging applications.
Production & Print-Ready Artwork (≈10–20%): Technical artwork preparation, print specifications, compliance layouts, and vendor handoff.
Packaging Extensions & Line Expansions (≈5–10%): Variant systems, seasonal packaging, and product family expansions.
How much does packaging design cost in the United States?
Packaging design costs are determined by product complexity, number of SKUs, regulatory requirements, and whether structural design is required alongside visuals.
Based on pricing analysis used across the DesignRush packaging design category, most projects fall into these ranges:
Single SKU or label design: ~$500–$2,500
Multi-SKU packaging systems: ~$2,500–$10,000+
Full packaging systems with brand integration: $10,000–$50,000+
Ongoing packaging support, including line extensions and revisions, is often billed through retainers or per-SKU pricing.
Hourly rates for packaging design firms in the US tend to range between $100 and $149 per hour.
How long does it take to see ROI from a packaging design project?
ROI typically unfolds across multiple stages:
Short term (1–3 months): Improved shelf visibility, stronger product differentiation, and increased click-throughs for eCommerce listings.
Mid-term (3–9 months): Higher conversion rates, improved brand recall, and stronger customer trust as packaging becomes recognizable.
Long term (9–18+ months): Sustained revenue lift, brand equity growth, and reduced redesign costs through scalable packaging systems.
What is the typical project timeline for US packaging design services?
Timelines depend on several factors, including product complexity, compliance requirements, and production constraints. Most US packaging projects fall within these ranges:
Simple label or packaging refresh: 1–2 weeks
New packaging systems or multi-SKU projects: 3–6 weeks
Complex packaging with testing and revisions: 6+ weeks
Packaging projects typically follow phased workflows similar to standard design processes:
Discovery & Requirements: ~3–7 days
Concept Development: ~5–10 days
Design & Refinement: ~7–14 days
Compliance, Revisions & Final Files: ~5–10 days
How do packaging design needs differ across industries in the United States?
Requirements vary significantly by industry due to differences in distribution channels, regulations, and consumer behavior:
Food & Beverage: Packaging design in this sector usually falls under $10,000 per project. Designs often cover cartons, bottles, cans, or pouches and prioritize readability and trust.
Beauty & Personal Care: Packaging design in this category prioritizes brand storytelling, premium materials, and visual differentiation, with a strong emphasis on shelf appeal and perceived quality in competitive retail environments.
Electronics: Packaging design prioritizes product protection, structural integrity, and clean, technical presentation to safeguard sensitive components and reinforce quality.
Retail & Consumer Goods: These brands require scalable packaging systems across multiple SKUs, which drives costs through variant management and consistency requirements.
eCommerce & DTC Brands: Packaging design focuses on durability, unboxing experience, and digital presentation, ensuring products arrive intact while reinforcing brand perception across direct-to-consumer touchpoints.
