The onboarding process was smooth, but after six months, we saw very little movement in our organic traffic. Every time we brought this up, we were told that SEO 'takes time' and to 'trust the process.' While I understand that, I felt there was a lack of urgency in pivoting our strategy when the initial keywords weren't performing as promised.

I hired Aqua Designs Works to create my new website and they are also the hosting. Since yesterday, my website is down, my email not working and they are not responding phone calls or emails. I feel very disappointed for their lack of reliability and responsibility to inform me what's going on. Anyone knows what's going on with this company? Website paid in full, hosting annual fee paid in full and they are not giving any response to my requests. Thank you
