After acquiring a manufacturing business in 2025, I began working with Factur immediately with the goal of acquiring new customers. After I started with email outreach, I had needs for refreshed branding, brochures and web design which have gone very well. I also work with Factur on account based marketing (ABM) to identify and communicate with target customers on LinkedIn. ROI is there and the bi-weekly calls make our team better as we talk through strategy and learnings with our account manager.

I'm not completely sure how they got my email address, but it's taken multiple requests to their corporate office to get removed from their marketing list(s). Responding "unsubscribe" to their B2B marketing emails, originating from several of their employees in the reviews below, seem to fall on deaf ears. Hopefully my third (fourth?) request sticks and the emails end.

I hired Sera Group to redo my website and help with some Google issues. I had checked with another company first that specialized in my business, but I wanted to try to find somebody local.I’m very happy I did. From start to finish they did amazing!
