Over the past two decades, I have led an international design team to provide brand strategy and visual communication design services for over 100 domestic and international brands, dedicated to advancing the internationalization and globalization of Chinese brands.

I has 13 years of professional experience workingas a Graphic Designer, User Researcher and User Experience Consultant at both corporations like Philips and Hilti and creative agencies in Europe and Shanghai.

With 20 years of work experience, I used to work in commercial real estate consulting and was in charge of retail planning and positioning, which includes architectural and interior design consulting. She also has abundant experience in leasing and project managing.

I am a passionate and curious graphic designer over 8 years of professional experience. Branding is my passion. I create stories and identities that deliver a clear message and memorable aesthetic to audience.My goal is to create a visual language that expresses the authenticity and uniqueness.

Liwei was born in Shanghai. In 2003 he graduated from Shanghai Art & Craft Academy. Afterwards he has been working for different companies such as Channel V Magazine, Rodeo Magazine, Publicis China, and Cirque Le Soir.

Nico's areas of expertise include corporate identity, corporate branding, consumer packaging. The projects that he has accomplished include: Lamy, Nusign, Bi-Joy, Junlebao, and childrens wear brand desmini:boy.

Allen has worked at Stephenson & Turner Architecture in New Zealand and has accomplished projects like Sofitel Wellington hotel, reconstruction of Aotea Center Theatre, product development and design for furniture brand Amazing Space, and office furniture design for Damen.

Sapa used to work for the CBN show of Shanghai TV as video editor. His recent works include: Juzed brand concept animation, des:glory concept animation, Fulei Foundation concept video, Mass Concrete Promotional video, and Ahava motion graphic poster.
