Integritrade

This is the best electronics recycler in Fresno. Answered my email right away at night, told me to stop by and they took all my computer cords, wires, computer and laptops for free. "

We were clearing out an old building and called a few recyclers in town about destroying some hard drives. Ian was really knowlegable and mentioned they had a shredder and could video tape the destruction for our piece of mind. He also took some old LTO tapes we had and shredded those. What I liked about Integritrade was they were friendly, efficient, and thorough. During the destruction process, Ian checked every desktop computer to make sure the CD drives were empty and also checked our printers for residual paper in the scanner feed. It was obvious he knows what he's doing and the R2 cert was a plus. "

Ian went out of his way to help me. I had a computer filled with memories from my father who passed away and was looking to recycle it but was concerned about the data. Ian explained that he wipes all of the hard drives and if it can't be wiped, he would shred it. He offered to let me borrow his docking erasing it in case I needed anything and refused to take my money. Hard to find this level of service nowadays. "

Ian was extremely helpful from start to finish. He performed a software-based data destruction project for me on several old phones and computers. At the end of the process, he provided me with Certificates of Destruction for the devices that were successfully wiped, and a video of physical destruction (shredding) for 1 drive that couldn't be wiped. He helped with unloading my devices when I dropped them off, kept me updated during the wipe process, and was very professional and informative. From my own research, Integritrade appears to be one of very few companies around Fresno that are certified and able to perform data destruction on mobile devices as well, rather than just desktops/laptops. Will definitely continue to use recycling / data erasure services from here in the future! "

I had a great experience working with Integritrade for our electronic recycling. It's nice to have a vendor that is proactive and doesn't look to nickel and dime us at every opportunity. With offices in San Jose and Milpitas, Ian did a great job coordinating recurring pickups and keeping everything running smoothly. He clearly knew what needed to be done and executed efficiently. I especially for good causes like donations instead of simply scrapping everything. One time our load tipped over, and Ian even waived the the fees for restacking, which really showed their integrity and customer focus.Looking forward to continuing to work them. "
