We do the hard stuff: business planning, branding, positioning, communications planning, and launches in complex categories such as financial services, healthcare, and nonprofit. We drive bottom-line, quantifiable results.
We create unifying and engaging branding communications and experiences based on rigorous strategic thinking, research and testing. - Bruce LeeFounding and Chief Creative PartnerBruce has spent his 25+ year career in brand advertising, relationship marketing and digital marketing in top creative positions at Ammirati & Puris, Scali McCabe Sloves, Leo Burnett, Grey, Wunderman and OgilvyOne. In 2012, Bruce joined with colleagues to start his own agency, IPNY.
- Jill McClabbFounding Partner and Creative DirectorAs an award-winning senior creative director with nearly 20 years experience, Jill has the rare ability to combine creative vision with practical implementation. Before founding IPNY, she spent the prior 15 years at OgilvyOne, as Group Creative Director.
- Andy SemonsFounding and Strategic Planning PartnerWith 30+ years in brand advertising, direct marketing, CRM and public relations, Andy is dedicated to building impactful creative that drives results for clients. While at Ogilvy and Mather, Andy played a major role in building and subsequently growing the Ogilvy Healthcare Practice.
