This company offered “free” COVID testing to my kids preschool and advertised it clearly as no-cost to families. Despite this, they proceeded to bill my insurance thousands of dollars, which resulted in an ongoing dispute that took over a year and a half to resolve.Communication was nearly nonexistent. The company appears to consist of only about three people, yet responses were rare or delayed, and follow-up required excessive effort on my end. The CFO was especially condescending, showed no empathy, and repeatedly shifted blame onto the customer rather than taking responsibility.Even now, nearly two years later, they are still attempting to bill insurance for services that were advertised as free.
