Navaal AI is an AI development studio based in Sydney, Australia, founded by Waqas Ahmad. We design and build business websites, Shopify and WooCommerce stores, custom Shopify themes, store migrations, web app and mobile app MVPs, AI chatbots and AI agents that automate real work.
We also help businesses get found where buyers now ask questions. - Bilby: nightly monitoring for any ecommerce store. It walks the store like a shopper, checks product pages, cart and checkout, and emails a plain-English report when something breaks.
- Navaal: AI SEO, AEO & GEO: a Shopify app that writes and fixes product content for search engines and AI answers.
Selected work (disclosed: both are businesses our founder manages or his family owns):
- EBS (askebs.com.au): rebuilt a 10,304-product catalogue with 27,409 variants, 36 brands and 935 collections; catalogue health raised from 84.06% to 88.38% across 6,924 logged defects. In final checks before launch.
- Genful: custom skincare store with a quiz and bundle builder; homepage weight cut from 4.4 MB to 541 KB (88% lighter).
Prices start at A$2,900 for a business website and A$4,900 for a Shopify store (ex GST; USD pricing for international clients). Hourly work is A$140. We work with clients in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Singapore and the UAE, and remotely worldwide.
