Rob is a 30+ year veteran of the agency world, making the leap from Starcom to NOVUS in 2018 to accelerate NOVUS' multimedia capabilities. Under his guidance, the agency has developed new service models, tools, and approaches that resulted in a Silver award for Ad Age's Media Agency of the Year.

Paul is an 18+ year veteran of the digital media industry and leads NOVUS' digital practice. Prior to joining NOVUS, Paul spent his career at Starcom working across multiple Publicis Media agencies including Digitas & Performics where in addition to client work, he led the biddable media capability.
