Laura founded Orchard to give strategy an equal seat at the table. We're the only agency in North America that has tangibly changed the unequal power dynamic between creative and strategy.
Barney is an account man by trade. He spent the first 14 years of his career at BBH in London and NY, his last role as president of the New York office and a member of the Global Group Board. He then co-founded the agency BFG and sold his stake in BFG in 2018 to then go and found Orchard with Laura.
Prior to Orchard, David spent the duration of his career between the U.S. and U.K., doing a pretty decent job in both markets - a rare and unique feat in this industry, as although English is a shared language between the two countries, this is about all that unites them.
