Do NOT use Seller Interactive. Do NOT listen to the good reviews, they are most certainly fake. I hired them over 7 months ago, and they have yet to fulfil their promises. Each month, they demand more money while delaying the work.Their whole business model is based around creating cheap, bad graphic services over as long a period as they can get away with before you eventually leave out of frustration or are too foolish to see how bad their work is. This is why they have a subscription model. They will not respond, and you will be passed between agents as they have a high staff turnover (they clearly arent treated well either).I had to write ALMOST ALL the copy for them, it was so bad. The copy that I didnt write got flagged my Amazon, and nearly had my listings taken down. They didnt read anything about my products. They just made up facts and figures and hoped I wouldn't notice. Chat GPT would have done a better job.They are beyond bad, incompetent and slow. But when you are paying for a monthly service and paying in advance, that works to their advantage. I kept asking for changes because of their bad design and writing, with revisions taking weeks and months.I have requested a refund, but they have refused. Do NOT use Seller Interactive. Someone of Fivver could do the work for 1/10th of the price in 1/10th of the time. You have been warned. "

Do not hire this company! In a matter of only two months, they managed to destroy the sales of my product and quadruple the cost of my advertising. They never completed the work that they were agreed to do, including rewriting, my copy and re-writing my A+ content. They attempted to update my A+ content several times, but every time it was declined by Amazon, so they obviously dont know what they are doing. Not to mention to make matters worse everything is outsourced. "

I loved Sheila - she was the one I first met in the sales department. She was very informative and confident and helped me understand some things about how Amazon works.They oversee my seller account and are in charge of all marketing/sales, customer service issues, product listings, pics, etc. They do 100% of what is expected of an Amazon seller - and they do it well! "

They described in detail every [thing] they were going to improve, then sent me pictures and descriptions for my approval and put everything together on my page.They helped me with optimizing my listing, pictures and descriptions, as well as brand registration. I'm very satisfied with the end result and the professional customer service I received. They went above and beyond to also help me with my amazon brand registry when amazon was having trouble. "
