Very disappointing experience with Shipsy. The delivery executive falsely marked me as "Customer Not Available" even though I was at home the entire time and my phone was switched on. I never received any call or message before the fake delivery update.This was a medicine delivery, where timely service is extremely important. Because of the negligence and false reporting by the delivery partner, my medicines were delayed unnecessarily.Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I request Shipsy to investigate this incident and take strict action against the concerned delivery executive. If this is how deliveries are handled, customers cannot trust your service. "

They have a Dubai office to tend to shipments by Dubai clients, but they don't have a UAE number. No way of following up a (very) delayed order. The only chance you can get a hold of them is when a delivery driver is assigned, who would commit to deliver an already delayed item at a specific time, but would never arrive for the day (yes, the whole day. no package arrives). No updates or apologies whatsoever. And if you try to call or text, he won't pick up despite seeing your messages.Shame! "

As a client with 18 years background in international logistic and courier services,I found their product design fine at the first glance and they promised to provide those standard process which I found as a gap are available in system which they can not show in demo, but once we signed the contract and came to reality,we noticed that system designed for basic local delivery (place order,receiving at hub,tracking driver) without provision of pricing for cost and sales (price matrix logic ,3rd party/courier partner rate),invoicing ,vendors cost ,…..without even suggesting solution for 3rd party system integration (CRM and Finance) and I’m wondering how they believe that their product is end to end solution for logistic and supply chain!!!!In terms of service ,their strategy is focusing more on sales rather than after sales and success in mapping customer business processes , moreover their lack of resources(mainly trained man power)make them weak on handling requirements,capturing customer’s business requirements and providing solution in a timely manners.In terms price,their rate is higher than other competitors who offers the similar product in GCC region.Their contract for my two companies,cost me my times and losing my customer plus pushed potential customers to my competitors as they couldn’t delivered what they discussed and promised in a one month and till now after 4 months still there is no clarity for releasing system.There is no team work and collaboration between sales ,project manager ,developer and management at all and no one has clear update about the project statusThe reason I wrote this review is about giving awareness to my community (logistic/freight forwarder and courier) for better understanding and chose the solution based what software providers have ready to offer in order to not struggling with what they are picturing at initial Demi demonstration and over promising. "
