These guys offered decent, cheap, and slow internet. All good for my needs. But when it came time to cancel my account it became a huge hassle to do so. It was repeatedly promised on various phone calls that my service would be terminated, but it was not. It took over 6 phone calls and 4 days to get something done that I would expect to take 5 minutes to maybe a few hours. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I felt compelled to leave a review. "
