We were on sprint basis most of the time so the team had to build test case and execute them continuously. Even when the development team were delivering some feature late during the sprint, QA testers would still to their best to test case tested on time. Reporting and process were though JIRA and different QA plugins. Communication were direct between the QA and the PO and software engineers with the team through Slack or conf call as needed. We discussed everything from their assistance in getting started to their previous actions. Even when they told me that some of my ideas weren't as good as I had anticipated, they did it without hesitation. That candor was much appreciated. I didn't want someone to construct anything for me only to take advantage of me financially. His candor suggested that he was interested in the relationship I was trying to develop. The team built a huge web application. They used WordPress. Infact,Theyre the only ones Ive ever worked with, but I have no regrets working with them.
