  I'm still absolutely thrilled about working with Kjell. The friendly, calm way he explains everything in detail to a "dummy" is unmatched and simply priceless. I felt very comfortable from the very first moment, and all my questions and requests were considered, and if they didn't make sense, he explained exactly why they didn't.
