  We worked with Valmax on the full redesign and rebuild of the 11 Mirrors website. For us, this was not simply a visual update. The website needed to reflect the brands approach to hospitality while working as a practical commercial tool across the hotel, Restaurant & Bar, and FACE the Rooftop. The scope included a full WordPress rebuild, Ukrainian and English versions, booking flows, integrations, mobile optimisation, and a CMS that our marketing team could manage independently. Our experience working with Valmax was structured and straightforward. The project moved through clear stages discovery, wireframes, UI design, development, QA, content, and launch which made it easy for us to understand where we were in the process and provide input when needed. Importantly, the team understood the business logic behind our requirements rather than treating them purely as design requests. The result is a website that better connects our different hospitality experiences, makes booking actions easier to reach, and is more practical for our team to manage day to day. Overall, Valmax delivered what we had agreed on and handled a fairly complex project in a clear and organised way.
