I wanted to take a moment to share the exceptional service Slobodan provided this evening. My client upgraded their servers (through Connectria/Lightedge) over the weekend, and apparently forgot to perform a series of steps to ensure we had access to the site. Slobodan informed me this afternoon that he couldn't get access to the site to make Erika's changes. It took multiple emails and texts with Connectria/Lightedge to get them to fix things on their side. During that time, Slobodan stayed with me via text to let me know he would take care of things once the fix was made by the host provider.
