Orinola Gbadebo-Smith (Ori) is the co-founder and CEO of Hugo, a global Future-of-Work company. Hugo plays in the BPO space, building and managing high-performance 'digital customer experience', 'remote operations', and 'data, AI and LLM construction and tuning services' teams for and on behalf of global software, D2C, media and technology companies. Before founding Hugo, Orinola's career spanned M&A in New York, private equity in London, commodities trading in Singapore, and energy and infrastructure investing across Africa.
