Serena Ng took on the challenge of addressing Kung Fu Tea’s existing issues with UX/UI. The goal was to create a user-centered, engaging app that would simplify the customer experience and solidify brand loyalty.
The redesigned app prioritizes an intuitive ordering process. By eliminating unnecessary steps and simplifying the flow, users can browse the menu, customize their drinks, and place orders with reduced friction. This encourages customers to purchase more frequently and spontaneously, benefiting Kung Fu Tea's bottom line.
Moreover, the new design seamlessly integrates Kung Fu Tea's branding colors and elements, creating a cohesive and visually appealing experience. Its straightforward typography and well-organized layout contribute to clarity and sophistication.
Lastly, the revamped app introduces robust search and filter functionalities, empowering users to easily find their favorite drinks or explore new options.
