One of Hong Kong's most prestigious shopping malls, Pacific Place, wanted to enhance its customer experience with a one-stop mobile app tailored to its diverse, high-end clientele.
To achieve this, Zlashy designed a CRM-focused app that offers exclusive members quick and easy access to rewards, promotions, and mall services. This ultimately delivers a polished UX and UI design that uplifts the brand experience.
The Pacific Place app introduces a highly personalized dashboard with features customized according to the user's membership tier. Gold and Blue members, for example, enjoy tier-specific displays showcasing their spending milestones, available points, and special rewards.
The circular progress bar elegantly visualizes the user's journey toward higher-tier benefits, encouraging continued interaction with the app. This personalized approach ensures members feel valued and connected to the brand, further strengthening customer retention.
The app's navigation system is user-friendly and streamlined, allowing users to access key features with minimal effort. Icons for essential functions, such as "My Wallet," "Receipt Status," and "Rewards," are prominently displayed at the bottom of the screen for quick access.
By reducing barriers to information, the app keeps users engaged while supporting Pacific Place's mission to deliver convenience and luxury. This efficiency translates to faster task completion and an overall smoother customer journey.
