The branding for Corner Place, a real estate company, was developed by MARK|Real Estate Branding to convey a sense of modern sophistication.

The logo is a fantastic case study in a design that uses spatial metaphor and architectural precision to create a memorable and trustworthy identity.

A solid, matte-finished quarter-circle in charcoal gray serves as the main icon for the brand. The shape is a direct and clever reference to the "Corner Place" name. 

The simplicity of this shape is what makes it conceptually powerful. It references a physical corner, while the curve softens the rigidity of typical industry logos.

You'll notice that the typography is clean and geometric, featuring a sans-serif style. The word "CORNER" is in a bold, uppercase style. The word "PLACE" is in a lighter weight and a slightly smaller size, which creates a nice visual balance.
