Sunset Square is a Canadian residential development based in Fort St. John with the goal of attracting a more “urban-minded" target audience. While the town is not known for sleek, modern architecture, Peace Holdings Ltd. was determined to bring the municipality to the new century with their new development.
Tasked to create the entire brand and visual identity from the ground up, Covet Design developed a solution that both looks and feels trendy and contemporary, an inviting option for couples and young families, while also promoting the natural assets of the area.
The resulting logo is an ingenious triple visual pun, with a sunset, 2 squares, and an “S” all wrapped together in one neat package.
