It's really hard to find a great website builder out in the digital world today...when I came across Rocket Ivy they helped restore my trust in what seemed a hopeless case beforehand. Sean has helped me with my website and I'm really happy I chose Rocket Ivy in the end. They explain in detail, they get the job done, friendly, professional and certainly know what they are doing! I highly recommend these guys!

Rocket Ivy has been the best web designer I could ever imagine to work with! My website is everything I dreamed of and more! With Shopify I wouldn't be able to have the customizations and uniqueness I get with Rocket Ivy...AND I own my website (with Shopify you don't!). The response time and quality of work is really amazing! I am so happy to be working with Rocket Ivy! Running your own business is HARD WORK...thank you Sean for making my life a little easier with my amazing website!! :D

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Acuity Bookkeeping and Accounting ServicesI hired Acuity to help with bookkeeping and accounting, but the results were frustrating and unprofessional. Instead of properly categorizing transactions and providing accurate reports, almost everything was labeled as "uncategorized," making the books completely unreliable. They set up several automated apps that required me to pay extra subscription fees. None of these tools integrated correctly, and they only made the situation more confusing. Rather than helping me gain financial clarity, their system created more problems and wasted both time and money.I was hoping for experienced support and clean financial records, but what I received was a disorganized mess. I would not recommend Acuity to anyone looking for dependable accounting services.

We we're in a predicament looking at cash-basis accounting to steer our decision-making at the risk of not understanding the true performance of our business. Abby is the BEST, most-knowledgable controller and so easy to communicate with regardless of your inherent accounting knowledge. Acuity has been transformational in moving our financial statements from super lumpy, cash basis to accrual. Amidst our work together, she's been willing to work through low-level transactional work with a smile as well as offering a high-level consultative look at our business, big picture. Can't recommend her enough for your ecommerce struggles!! She has made everything crystal clear and I've even developed my own skills as finance/ops director knowing her. @Acuity - do not lose this shining star!!

What started as a simple support request quickly developed into a strong and trusted partnership. The IndexWorld team played a crucial role in the success of our Odoo implementation, providing expert guidance, responsiveness, and practical solutions every step of the way.Their customizations, in particular, have massively improved our workflows and helped us save countless hours of time. The team took the time to understand our business requirements and translated them into solutions that truly enhanced our efficiency and daily operations.Without their support, our implementation would have been far less successful. We highly recommend IndexWorld to any organization looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and results-driven partner for Odoo implementation and support.

We initially reached out to Umer and the team at Indexworld to review and rectify our ODOO ERP company file due to their expert knowledge of both Odoo and Odoo bookkeeping. They jumped in with their team to audit, and checked across every single bank transaction to have a complete thorough reconciliation across multiple bank accounts and 1–2 years of financials — to ensure everything was accurately accounted for.Once the review and adjustments was complete, we engaged Indexworld to take over our daily Odoo bookkeeping tasks (following our previous bookkeeper’s retirement). We now have a dedicated team handling our day-to-day bookkeeping needs, and they’ve been consistently proficient and reliable.I was initially apprehensive about outsourcing our bookkeeping, particularly because of the time zone difference (we're based in Australia), but it’s been working exceptionally well. In fact, having a team with multiple bookkeepers trained in our processes has proven to be a real asset.I highly recommend Indexworld if you need a capable, detail-oriented team who understands Odoo and can manage your financials on a daily basis.

We had the opportunity to work with Ahsan from INDEX WORLD on optimizing our Odoo ERP server and resolving various technical issues within the system. Ahsan demonstrated deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of Odoo’s architecture, which made a significant difference in the performance and stability of our ERP environment.Throughout the engagement, Ahsan was professional, communicative, and highly efficient in troubleshooting complex issues. His proactive approach and problem-solving skills ensured that any disruptions were addressed quickly and effectively. Thanks to Ahsan’s efforts, our Odoo server is now running smoothly, and we've seen noticeable improvements in both speed and reliability. I would confidently recommend INDEX WORLD and Ahsan to any organization seeking reliable technical support and optimization for Odoo ERP.Ok
