I submitted an inquiry on the Utah Real Estate Accountants website and received a call back in less than 24 hours. I was looking for a tax partner/strategist to help with my personal, business, and real estate tax planning. Lynn called me back on April 15 (tax deadline), despite it being possibly the busiest day of the year. After I told him what I needed, he explained that they are not taking on new clients, but he referred me to another accountant with the right specialty. For a company with nothing to gain by calling me back, they were extremely prompt and helpful. Thank you, Lynn!
