I have used Curran and Associates CPA’s for my tax returns for over 6 years. A firm comprising honest, ethical, and diligent people, it has been a pleasure working with them. They take customer privacy very seriously and ensure timely filing of returns with periodic reminders on what a client needs to do. These reminders don’t just last through the tax season, but they are constantly in touch with their clients to remind them of their financial obligations like estimated taxes etc throughout the year. I don't know if communication was lost or never sent, but multiple requirements of us were never received - including the cutoff date for submitting our information - which caused us to miss filing on time and requiring an extension. When asked, we were told that information was provided, but I could not (and still can not) find that information anywhere. We didn't realize we were after the cutoff date until we reached out to ask about the status. After learning that we needed an extension, multiple dates were given for when our taxes would be filed. When dates were missed, we again had to reach out for clarification and a new timeline.

I couldn't be more thankful for Kevin and his team. We had to move to a CPA a few years ago when we created our Trust, and it was a pulling teeth type scenario each year to complete our taxes. Moving to Kevin this year was the best financial decision we have ever made, and our checking account is far happier. They combed through our last CPA's submissions, found errors, and highlighted how to improve. Thanks to their due diligence and thoughtful approach, we received the most significant refund we have ever had, and still paid less than we did last year for tax preparation. If you use anyone else in the desert, I would rethink that decision and go with Kevin and his team. You won't regret it! A++++
