As Director of REWELLSS, I value partnerships built on accountability, professionalism, and a clear understanding of business objectives. Accelero Agency manages our Amazon and Shopify operations, overseeing both the operational and strategic aspects of our e-commerce business. Throughout our collaboration, their team has demonstrated a structured approach, consistent communication, and a strong understanding of marketplace management. We appreciate their ability to take ownership of responsibilities, address operational challenges, and maintain a clear focus on our business priorities. Our working relationship with Accelero has been professional, collaborative, and productive.

We've had a really good experience working with Accelero Agency. Their team has done a great job managing our accounts across Amazon, Mercado Libre, and Walmart. They're professional, responsive, and always on top of things, from product listings to advertising and overall account management. Were really happy with their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable e-commerce agency.

Capactix Business Solutions provides bookkeeping and other accounting services for us. At the start of the engagement, we had an introductory call. Capactix Business Solution explained their services and how they support small businesses. I had an onboarding call with one of their accountants, who helped me set up our financial documents and reports. They send me monthly financial reports and complete other projects as requested. They have given me access to an online accounting portal where I can view all our financial statements. They also prepare and submit our taxes and manage our payroll. Their service package also includes the preparation of my personal taxes. They have begun implementing electronic signatures on documents.Capactix Business Solutions has given me free bits of business advice, and were planning to hire them for consulting services later this year. Initially, I spoke with the owner, who connected me to the main accountant that I now stay in contact with. There is another teammate who reaches out to me with questions on occasion. We are able to make better decisions and be more mindful of our costs using the documents and reports they have set up. This visibility is especially important as the economy is softening. Their tax preparation process is smooth since they track our finances throughout the year. Its helpful to have them onboard; with their services, we dont need to manage an in-house bookkeeper.

We had some online introduction and after signing our contract the team went through our previous years data and set up the Quickbooks online to us. Our partnership is still ongoing. They are preparing our monthly accounting reports and our tax fillings. They met our expectations, we have accurate data in our books and they help us to understand it.
