Despite waiting patiently and sending multiple polite follow-ups over the next several weeks, I received no proper response or closure — even after being assured of updates.As a candidate, I tried to stay professional and respectful throughout. But a process lasting this long with no clarity or communication at the end feels disappointing. I genuinely suggest candidates to think before applying here or else look for other options on same time.I’m sharing this to highlight the importance of transparency, timely communication, and respect for candidates’ time and effort.Not every application ends in selection, and that’s okay — but providing closure helps candidates move forward with confidence.
