We worked with Essex-based Qivo on a complete refresh of our Deadline Communications website and couldn’t be happier with the result. While our previous site looked fine, it no longer reflected the quality, scale, or professionalism of our work, and it was built on an ageing CMS that raised concerns around security and maintenance. Qivo took the time to really understand what we needed and delivered a clean, modern, mobile-first site that’s intuitive and easy to use. Our services are now clearly presented, navigation flows much better, and strong calls to action, including quick enquiry routes and click-to-call, make it far easier for visitors to get in touch. From a technical perspective, the focus on speed, accessibility, and usability was excellent. A particular challenge was showcasing our video portfolio without impacting performance and Qivo handled this brilliantly. The whole process was professional, collaborative, fast and well managed from start to finish.
