Absolutely useless. I was recommended them by our web developer. They charged me a monthly rate for managing my account but when i checked login times it was apparent the account hadn't been touched in 2 months. Some of the adwords groups had paused because the text was against guidelines.They refused to give me a refund on any fees paid and then didn't even get back to my emails.If you are using these cowboys make sure you check how often they are actually working on your account as chances are they're sitting back doing nothing.UPDATE:On this companies eventual reply to my review (8 months after my review). The supposed siphoning happened as i changed my google login details after i removed them as a manager of my account. Their CC details stayed on our account and they were indeed charged. The difference between their response is that i actually got in touch with them to let them know this had happened and refunded them IN FULL within 2 weeks of receiving the breakdown of costs. No other parties were involved.Happy for anyone looking to use Profici to contact me where i can show them proof on google that details exactly how many times they logged in to my account during their time managing and their lack of response to my emails.My review was entirely factual, their response is nothing short of slander.

The whole concept of open and honest reviews is to provide information on our experiences with a company. Of course the directors and their friends would rather I did not mention that Mashbo took £60 000 off my company for software and delivered nothing. I would not expect them to want that to be public knowledge. Of course anyone can get their friends to write supportive reviews on here. I just prefer to write the truth from my personal experience and allow people to make up their own mind.

I'm actually shocked to read such an angry review of this team's work and approach. The unfortunate tone and the virtual uniqueness of the negativity probably says much of the author and his business. Of all the creative businesses I have worked with and for, Mashbo's conscientious, caring and collaborative approach is outstanding and continues to prove highly successful. Seldom have I worked with an organisation that takes as seriously as Mashbo the achievement of sustainable quality outcomes and client satisfaction. The strap line should be Making Things Which People Can’t Use ! We gave them £60 000 for software which just never worked and still doesn’t. When we brought this to a head they wanted even more money to make amendments to make it work and blamed us ! We lost faith and gave up. I told them that they were at risk of litigation from us but their defence was that they were worth nothing and would liquidate. There are many reputable developers out there, so there is really no need to get fleeced by this company like we were.
