Bean Media runs the website for Insurance Associates Marketplace in Kenmore. 6 months ago, I discovered someone vandalized our Google business profile. Need a new website? The team at Morey Publishing is your answer. Our website was in dire need of an overhaul, so we hired tech consultants from California to guide us through the process. Two years later, we had nothing to show for it. We then went back to the drawing board and hired Morey Publishing who redesigned our site and had it live and operational (running hundreds of hours of lecture videos and online testing functionality) in under six months at a fraction of the cost. The Spiritual Agency helped me with my website. From the outset they were very professional and extremely flexible - they came recommended by a friend as their agency services were not open to the general public at that time.I had an in depth video consultation where I had to choose my template from a choice of over 500 - Luckily I had a chance to look at their portfolio before we started!We had a discussion regarding fonts and colours as well as the integrations that I wanted on my site. I wanted a gallery, a, blog and a podcast as well as an e-commerce store where I can sell some merch. The Spiritual Agency accommodated all my requests without questioning!We had some back and forth over the next few weeks and I got live updates on my site as well as the ability to mark specific changes on my site with their awesome client software.I could not be happier with my site!I'm not particularly technically minded so I also picked up a support plan that gives me 30 minutes of developer time per month (although 15 minutes is included for the first 6 months). My site is always backed up and updated. I also get some useful SEO reports that I don't really understand but the agency do action the top 5 if I haven't made any support requests that month.I am so happy that I found The Spiritual Agency and I can imagine that our association will last a long time as they have a pretty extensive list of agency services and upgrades for my site. I have several services with the Spiritual Agency, including Nextcloud Hosting, and they are currently developing two apps that I am also involved with. This review is regarding their server management services. One of the apps currently under development utilises BuddyBoss as its framework. BuddyBoss, as many will know, is quite hungry for RAM and, therefore, is unsuitable for a shared hosting environment, which I wanted to avoid. I wanted to avoid jeopardising the production environment by having 'noisy neighbours. ' I came from Runcloud, an excellent platform, and I have tried a few other platforms. Most running NGINX or NGINX/OpenLiteSpeed on a VPS.I have not seen LiteSpeed Enterprise offered outside shared hosting.I was blown away when I tried the 'Assisi' panel from the agency. Strictly speaking, this environment is still 'shared'; however, I had the option of my own VPS and EU or US locations with dedicated VPS cores. I took the US option hosted in Ashburn, and the performance jump was simply marvellous! Our main site went from a grade D to an A, just with a change to the environment. The website is also containerised using Docker, which should prevent 'noisy neighbours' and is much better for security than shared hosting. The value for money, as well as the quality, is simply outstanding. They have a range of VPS services suitable for all requirements and budgets, and I strongly recommend The Spiritual Agency for its website and server management services.*Update - with recent upgrades we maintain the high GTMetrix Grade and all most media content is now served via a global content delivery network making it super quick everywhere!

The Spiritual Agency designed and maintained the website for my private practice. The process from beginning to completion was straightforward, with few hiccups. I was heavily involved with the design process and found the agency responsive to requests. The turnaround time was as expected (around three months), and the site has received positive feedback. I was impressed by the effort the agency put into the backend and the technical specifications testing various web servers, including Apache and NGINX, before finally settling with LiteSpeed Enterprise.The performance is outstanding. I also have a care plan to ensure the site remains updated and malware-free. This plan also includes regular SEO reporting and covers all the professional licences for the site software. This review was written a couple of years after the completion of the project, and in that time, the Spiritual Agency has kept my site updated with the latest technology, including AI integration, as well as several measures to maintain its performance, including speculative loading.
