There appears to be an expectation for new employees to post public reviews about the company shortly after joining. At such an early stage, most individuals do not yet have enough exposure to provide meaningful feedback, and this can create unnecessary pressure
Advice to Management:

Avoid encouraging or expecting reviews from new joiners before they have sufficient experience with the organization.
