Do not recommend using this company at all. Their references seemed trustworthy, but the 20 month process with them has been abysmal at best.After engaging with Clavax to build a custom greenfield IOS app, we waited over 16 months AFTER our original due date for our "product" to be virtually unusable. Difficult to communicate with, over promise and under deliver on every aspect of project.We have had to spend more money with different companies to repair the broken code that they have put together and it continues to be a thorn in our side.They will bring excuse after excuse for why something does not work, their CEO will blame YOU, THE CLIENT, for the obstacles in project.We have tried to get a refund for breach of contract, inoperable product, corrupt files in repository, late deliveries, however, they refuse to acknowledge any of these issues.

I am very happy to have found OpenSource Technologies. I had an issue with an existing website which was based on an old oscommerce platform and was running on a deprecated version of PHP. Because I have multiple sites I was unable to change platforms with my existing host or my site would go down. Therefore I needed to install a new Ecommerce platform and needed some development time without my site going down during that time. Both Vikas and Minash were great about installing my new platform OpenCart 3 and providing a temporary development server to build my site which was going to take a few weeks. They were knowledgeable as I navigated the the new platform and very responsive to questions and suggestions. I am happy with my new site which is now live and thank them for making the project a lot easier than I thought it would be. I highly recommend them and thank them for working on my project.

I was there at Perceptive Analytics for a while. During that time I had the opportunity to work with the CEO very closely. The man built the company from ground up all by himself. He once taught me some grammar in english, that's how much interest he took in me while I worked there. I happened to work with some of the most smartest and talented people from amazing institutions there. My advice if someone wants to work there is to be super smart or super hardworking.... The tasks I attended to were not limited to a specific domain but that only helped in increasing the potential of the job and though challenging, the role was equally rewarding for me.The work atmosphere is very good and the hours are very flexible.All the policies of the company are explained to the employees well in advance so as to avoid any confusion.The only problem that I've come across is that at times, you may have to work a little extra during peak season: like working for a while over the weekend or staying back for a while after working hours. On such occasions, work-life balance would take a hit. Work from home policy helps in these cases, though.I would definitely recommend working at Perceptive Analytics.
