My company worked with them on a development project, investing close to $40K, only to have them hold our code hostage and demand more money before releasing it.We entered into the project with clear expectations and milestones, but as we progressed, Apptunix consistently delayed, under-delivered, and eventually refused to hand over the work we had already paid for unless we agreed to pay more. This kind of behavior is nothing short of extortion. It seems like their CEO and leadership are more interested in squeezing money out of clients than delivering quality work.Beyond the financial frustration, the skill level and talent from this team were not up to par. The development work was substandard, full of bugs, and lacked the quality we expected for the investment we made. I strongly urge anyone considering offshore development to do your due diligence or, better yet, reconsider offshore development altogether, as the experience in some regions, particularly India, seems to be in decline.

Their team nodded enthusiastically and even suggested improvements we hadn't thought of. At that point, we genuinely believed we had found a technical partner, not just a vendor. We were wrong. Perhaps the worst scenario was when we tried to go live with a basic version of the app for a soft internal launch. The plan was to let just our agents test it out. On launch day, the app completely failed to deploy. Their team claimed there was an issue with the Google Play Store submission, but we later found out it had been rejected due to a missing privacy policy and app crashes discovered in testing. Nadcab Labs hadnt followed the standard publishing protocols and never even tested the app against the store's review requirements. Our internal team had to scramble to clean up the mess, delaying our rollout indefinitely. We're sharing this experience not out of bitterness, but to warn other companies who may be considering Nadcab Labs for app development. Do your homework. Ask hard questions. And if the answers feel vague or the team seems too slick during the pitch process, walk away. We wish we had.

Collections were set up as Signature Bracelets, Crystal Mixels, Luxury Line, Trims & Charms and Sets & Gifting, plus a second way to shop based on things like Abundance & Wealth or Calm & Clarity. Cart, checkout, wishlist, login and search were all built in the same go. The Watch and Buy part, where a video plays next to a product you can buy, gets used a lot. Orders come straight through the site now instead of through chat, which changed how our days run. The launch happened on the exact date given at the start. Not everything was smooth though, the product page had to be built again after it ran slow on mid range phones and that fix took longer than promised. For a small jewellery brand going online properly for the first time, it was worth the money.
