We needed to build a custom CRM for our travel business — booking management, lead tracking, manager workspace, the works. Not a simple project. Found Elinext through a referral and glad we went with them. They pushed back on some of our initial requirements, which felt annoying at the time but saved us from building the wrong thing. The AI automation layer and workflow builder ended up being more useful than I expected — our ops team runs their own automations now without looping in devs. Some back-and-forth on the AI agent logic mid-project, but nothing that wasn't handled well. Already working with them on a follow-on integration. Solid team for complex enterprise builds.

Onboarding is fine, can be brighter, generous gifts for birthdays or other holidays from year to year :)

Good and stable salary, but can be better, cause there are always ways to grow. What I can mention the most is the rich corporate part of the company.

I had a fantastic experience working with IMG Global Infotech! Their team is highly professional, responsive, and technically sound. They developed a mobile app for my business and delivered it exactly as promised—on time, within budget, and with great quality. The UI/UX was clean, and the functionality exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciate their transparent communication and post-launch support. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable app or web development company in India!
