I had a disappointing experience with Hokma Consulting regarding an office-related payment involving Sharon Edke, the owner of the business. He borrowed a significant amount of money from me, a repayment was promised within a few days but despite multiple follow ups and repeated commitments it still has not been fulfilled. I made every effort to resolve this issue privately and respectfully over the past month but received no proactive communication, only vague and shifting excused. This lack of accountability reflects poorly on the professionalism I would expect from a consulting firm. If you're considering working for this company, I strongly suggest caution - especially in any dealings involving the owner Sharon.

After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen. There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential. The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team. Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.

It seems either the recruiter has not reviewed the profile properly or the hiring manager has not given clear requirements. This reflects poorly on the recruitment process.
