Total waste company, no proper environment or management. The technical managers act like they know everything, but they don't even grasp the basics. Employees are constantly pushed to do all the tasks without any support. When it comes to increments, they always find excuses and never provide a proper hike, even when the company is profitable. The only positive aspect is the learning experience since you have to do everything yourself, but it comes with a heavy burden.

I'd say this is the most horrible company for women. Not really inclusive. If going for maternity they don't give a hike and once you are back again you don't get a hike. They don't even talk about it when we ask. I've made a good decision to leave the company. Had I stayed I would have been put in pip.
