MuteSix's website claims a "ROI-first approach" which certainly was not the experience I received. Prior to working with them I was achieving just over a 2x Return on ad spend (ROAS) and was looking to scale things up, which is why I came to them. During the period that MuteSix managed my ad account performance plummeted to 0.6 ROAS and they were spending vast amounts of money on consistently unprofitable campaigns, as well as overlooking key ad issues and overspending on the ad budget we agreed. I gave them multiple opportunities to turn this around and given my previous track record and the unique nature of the products I sell, it's incredible they couldn't even achieve break even. This shows a complete lack of skill and performance marketing knowledge within the team. Since taking back control I've increased the ROAS to 2.56 in just over a month and am now scaling the ad spend.Considering the claims on their website and the agency fees they charge this has been a terrible experience that would have put my company out of business if they continued down that road. If MuteSix is the 'leading agency in performance marketing' they claim and only achieves those results I must be some kind of wizard at performance marketing.UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE: they stated they'd contact me to 'ensure the issue is resolved', but in fact their Senior Director of Client Success contacted me and wanted a phone call for their benefit, to gather feedback to improve their processes moving forward, not to resolve the issue at hand. Once I responded I never heard from them again. Bit of a joke

We have worked with MuteSix for the past 9 months and have had an exceptional experience. The team has remained consistent (which we are finding is rare at other agencies), engaged and responsive all while being best in class at their discipline. MuteSix provides a full service agency that is super helpful to build your business on - we started with performance marketing and are now using them for SEM and most importantly, they have been reasonably priced for these services (which has been critical for us as an early stage business). I highly recommend them.

Broke my hand and need to have surgery, they fired me today for missing two days of work because I was in the E.R and seeing the Orthopedic surgeon. I asked them before I missed the day if it was OK and if not I would not go to the surgeon. I was told it would be fine and then today they fired me...how unprofessional of a company. They even said as pertaining to the role, that I was exceeding expectations.
