After using quite a few web developers to support the customized, proprietary web-based reporting system that we had built for our hotel mystery shopping business, we were very fortunate to find Proper Noun to support us. First, they helped with a few tweaks and delivered what was promised. But what really won us over is how they responded when our system developed a glitch and basically stopped working.
