Honestly, I have nothing short of 5 star feedback for this team. Brent, Amber and the entire crew at Matchbox are extremely intelligent, kind, professional and excellent at what they do. My company - Gunter Pest and Lawn in Kansas City - have been using their services for over eight years. They've helped our web traffic grow, brought our 1970s logo and website design into the 21st century :), regularly propose incredibly creative marketing ideas/strategies and problem solve in our weaker areas. We've been working directly with Amber for years - she's our go-to rep and she's so very communicative and smart.We're a 4th generation family owned company, and from day one, Matchbox has completely understood and prioritized that differentiator and helped us maximize our efforts. While incorporating and revamping our business model, it became apparent that we were need of a website update. I went through a process of visiting with several different companies and became obvious almost immediately that Matchbox would be the team to carry us forward. Their level of expertise, knowledge, and portfolio of previous work were without peer. On top of that, their services and ongoing support is top notch... and that's from the perspective of someone that managed services for many years in the corporate world!The Matchbox folks took our ideas and needs, and created an excellent web presence that was our starting point. Our experience with Redline Minds has been patchy. Helping to correct some issues with an API lead to a near disaster with our ecommerce store. While that issue was fixed, I engaged Redline Minds again to help with a new problem. Their engineer took an age to start work, and has now stopped replying to emails and failed to provide any meaningful updates for weeks; the issue continues unresolved. I've given up on using them and engaged a new solution provider.

Lori with Redline Minds is very helpful. I came in contact with Lori from an eCommerce group online.We're considering moving from one ecommerce platform to another. Even though she was traveling at the time, she jumped on an hour call with me where I was able to download a wealth of knowledge.I was expecting our call to turn into a sales pitch, but the entire time Lori was just all around helpful. I needed to move my site from shopify to BC. I talked to Redline Minds before making my official move. I needed to have the website to be designed from ground up. I purchased a premium theme, and her team went in and transformed the site into a extremely professional looking site. This is something I am now happy with and take a lot of pride into it.The communication was very good and in detail. One phone conference and the rest were in email. That was fine for me, due to the details, and videos, that was presented.It's hard to find a company that will do a good job and stand by their work. Hello,First I would like to say my FIRST experience here was HORRIBLE. Karleen our waitress was GREAT. KAITLIN the bar tender was rude as Hell and nasty. We had three rounds of shots and it just so happened a insect was floating in my drink. We presented to our waitress, and we asked to order another round (NOT FOR FREE). Karleen returned and told us the bartender refused to take our order. Mind you we had been there for less then an hour so NO ONE was intoxicated. We do not know of it was because LGBTQI couple was dinning with us or what absolutely no clue. This will be the last time I patronize this place unbelievable. I am thinking about coming back to speak with a owmer or Gerneral Manager someone. She was way out of pocket, rude amd disrespectful.

-Update 1/22/2026 Actually visited Social in person today and once again was very impressed. Cute little sports bar in Waldo with a warm atmosphere. Service was great, and even though neither Shawn or Dave was there, our server took great care of us! Highly recommend the Waldo Rolls and today I tried the Social Burger. Both were stellar! Location is a little tricky to get into because of nearby construction, but the food is well worth a little extra effort to get there!-Actually got a Grubhub order from here, so I can’t accurately review the service or atmosphere, but I can tell you that the food is AMAZING! I ordered the burnt ends burger and it was delicious. The bbq burnt ends were tender atop a nice hamburger patty and the combination of the two totally rocked. I ordered caramelized onions on top of mine and did not regret spending a little extra for such a lovely flavor blend. The order also came with queso for the burger, but I opted to use the queso for my order of onion rings and was happy with that decision as well. Pricing was very fair for the amount of food they give you. Overall, I was really impressed and I’m looking forward to visiting this establishment in person next time; and oh yes, there will be a next time😋
