After completing the project, despite numerous attempts to contact them, the company refused to answer phone calls, emails, and even ignored a pre-litigation demand for payment. Only after publishing a negative review did they immediately respond, offering to pay an additional 20% of the project's value (which totals 50% of the project's value), contingent upon deleting the comment and transferring the copyright to the work to them. In simple terms, the company operates like this: you walk into a store, eat an apple, and at the checkout only try to pay for the core. The store publishes the surveillance footage, and only then do they return and say, "Okay, we'll refund the additional 20% of the apple's value." The worst business experience of my career. I strongly advise against working with this company – it operates dishonestly, uses manipulation, and deceives the truth.
