If you’re looking for convenience, this is not the place. They advertise delivery in about 25 minutes, but it consistently takes 2 to 3 hours. (I only live 15mins away). I’ve given them multiple chances because their deals used to be good, but it’s just not worth the hassle anymore. They’ve also given me the wrong order before and told me I had to come back in person to fix it only to find out they were out of the item and substituted it without saying anything. customer service seems to be lacking. Most companies accommodate you due to the inconvenience they don't seem to carry here. Overall, not reliable and not worth the inconvenience.

Ecker Design Company is AMAZING!! My wife and I are starting a non-profit business and we were looking for a design company that would capture the vision mission of our non-profit and bring it to life through a logo and branding kit. Mike, the owner, did just that! Hiring a design company can be scary, but Mike’s calming and professional demeanor made it easy and simple for us. We even learned some cool things along the way! We loved his passion for his craft, his attention to details, and his prompt/clear communication! If you’re looking for “a sign” for who to hire, this is it! Mike Ecker is brilliant. I went to him with a very small project and said that I wanted my picture and a QR code on the material, that was the only information I gave him. Sometimes you know exactly what you want created and other times you come up with nothing which is where I was at the time. He created several options using colors and a style that completely resonated with me including tying it into my website. I will definitely use him anytime I have a need whether it's a large project or small. By the way, did I mention he is also a very nice person to work with?
