The team at 522 productions and specifically Cara as she was my point person, were phenomenal in making the steps to filming seamless and given my baby was part of it, that was no easy task. The entire Bonomotion team was fantastic at my company's recent customer event in Miami- coming from out of town, they made the pre-production process simple and stress-free. Once arriving, the videographers and photographers captured excellent footage and provided their expert advice on what would work well for editing later. They were professional, but also just really solid people to work with. Really appreciated the owner Bernard going out of his way to stop by for some face-time as well- really a great example of how Bonomotion goes the extra mile for their clients. After the event itself, the Bonomotion team was helpful, diligent and patient in dealing with our sometimes cumbersome corporate processing. I can't thank them enough for their partnership and the excellent feedback we have recieved for the outputs from our event. Looking forward to working with them next year again!

While working for Primus Pharmaceuticals, the company contracted AtticSalt to rebrand one of our medical food lines. The product itself was known for its safety and efficacy, but the agency felt that the brand's identity didn't quite reflect those traits. We were all shocked by the new proposed look and feel. If you’re looking for convenience, this is not the place. They advertise delivery in about 25 minutes, but it consistently takes 2 to 3 hours. (I only live 15mins away). I’ve given them multiple chances because their deals used to be good, but it’s just not worth the hassle anymore.They’ve also given me the wrong order before and told me I had to come back in person to fix it only to find out they were out of the item and substituted it without saying anything. customer service seems to be lacking. Most companies accommodate you due to the inconvenience they don't seem to carry here.Overall, not reliable and not worth the inconvenience.
