It has been a wonderful experience working along Skyplanner the past year. They are highly skilled professionals that provide exceptional customer service. More importantly, working with Skyplanner was very fluid. They truly made us feel like a cohesive team while working on this project and were there to help us along every step of the process. Even in times that we could have had major timeline setbacks, Skyplanner was very patient and understanding and would go above and beyond in supporting our company. The execution of the project was a success and all of our employees were very satisfied with the service.For several years our company has worked with several systems across different departments, so our goal was to standardize information between our departments using Salesforce. This process can be very difficult especially as we were very new to Salesforce. The wonderful thing about working with Skyplanner is that they were personally invested and made sure we understood the entire process. They constantly supported us and any time we had trouble they were there without any hesitations to offer their help and solutions.I would definitely recommend working with the Skyplanner team. It was a very enjoyable experience working with them and our project was a success. I really look forward to see how else we can work with them in the future.

SkyPlanner came initially just for a consultation about our lead processes. Due to the volume of leads, we were not being able to track them properly. After some brainstorming sessions, we designed together a much efficient lead nurturing process that automates many of the tasks we had to do and gave us the extra bandwidth to better manage our queues. Good team, very professional.

I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this company. Our experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Deadlines were repeatedly missed without clear expectations or proactive communication. Projects dragged on far past the promised timelines, and there was a consistent lack of accountability from the team. Customer service was equally poor. There was no sense of urgency in resolving issues which ultimately resulted in wasted time and resources. If you are looking for a company that delivers on commitments, values transparency, and takes accountability for their work, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Working with this company has been a frustrating and costly mistake. From the beginning, they made big promises timelines, quality, support, and results that simply never came to fruition. What we got instead was delay after delay, subpar work, and constant miscommunication.We invested significant time and money into this partnership, and in return, I’ve been left with little to show for it. Every attempt to escalate concerns or get meaningful help from upper management was met with indifference or vague reassurances that led nowhere.It’s clear they either don’t have the capacity to deliver on what they sell, or they simply don’t care once they’ve secured your business. Either way, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the wasted time, look elsewhere.

Overpromised. Grossly underdelivered.Our team has spent a ton of extra time and resources trying to make up for what BluLeadz sold as being able to do. We’re now at double the projected timeline, and the essential capabilities and workflows still aren’t functioning.There’s been no urgency or real escalation on the project. This has put a major strain on our team and still do not have a useable product with trustworthy work flows or data.

We hired ROI as our digital marketing company to manage our website, social media and work on branding. ROI has totally revamped our Foundation's website and social media. I cannot speak highly enough of Zack, Amber, Kayla, Alfonso and their team members. I love how easy it is to schedule meetings. I also love the video links that Alfonso has me when we are working on doing any updates to the website. I get that visual and am able to hear him explain things or ask me questions. I love being able to communicate my feedback by being able to leave notes & pictures and use the approval links. Same with the monthly social media post approvals. I love that I can just click on the link and give that immediate feedback. The team always has fast turnaround when I request changes. I appreciate the creativity and professional look of everything. Our website is night and day since ROI took over, and they continue to exceed expectations as we expand and add content. Our email lists were a disaster and ROI also helped us create a professional mailing list that has improved communication with our supporters. I want to also touch on how kind and professional everyone I worked with has been. I would highly recommend ROI and we are lucky to have them!
